So of course there is the ever present battle of finding new recipes that we all have to try. So I decided I wanted to try and make English Fish and Chips. It was fun to try something new, but I think next time I need a deep fryer or something else. I had a hard time making sure the fish was cooked all the way through. But of course Dustin was supportive and will try anything I make and it was good! I was just excited to be able to use my Malt Vinegar. I will for sure try to make this again.
